We know sometimes manure happens, and you'll need to send something back. We'll help you get your hands on something you're much more comfortable in and excited about.

Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size if in stock. If the size needed is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the returned item.
Making a return:
Please log into your account to request to make a return.
Once approved, we will email you a shipping label. Once your return is received at our warehouse, It will be processed within 7 days and shipped back to you at no additional cost.
If a return is received that does not meet the above criteria, it will subsequently be rejected and a shipping invoice will be issued to ship back to the customer.
If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please e-mail info@shopkelsoandco.com with your concerns and a photo of the defective item.
