RETURN POLICY

While we hope you absolutely LOVE every one of your Rosebud's tees, we know sometimes manure happens, and you'll need to send something back. We are happy to help you find something you are much more giddy about! 

Please see our return and exchange policy below:

  • Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if item has not been washed or worn and is free of odor and pet hair. 
  • We are not able to process REFUNDS
  • Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size if in stock. If the size needed is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the returned item. 

  • Scissor and knife cuts accidentally made in apparel from opening the package are not considered a "damaged" item and are not covered under our return or damaged policies. These items are the responsibility of the customer to replace.
  • We are not able to hold items you are exchanging for
  • If the item you are exchanging for is valued highER than the item you are returning, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file for the difference 
  • Items discounted over 20% are NOT eligible for return
  • GRAB BAGS are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Phone cases are made to order and are NOT eligible for return or exchange

The following are also not eligible for returns or exchanges: giveaway items and free gifts with purchase.

 

Making a return:

Once your return is received at our warehouse, It will be processed within 7 days and shipped back to you at no additional cost. 

The customer is responsible for shipping of all returns and exchanges and original shipping is non-refundable.

 

If a return is received that does not meet the above criteria, it will subsequently be rejected and a shipping invoice will be issued to ship back to the customer.
