• All orders are packaged and shipped from Macomb, Illinois within 2-3 business days unless an unexpected order volume has occurred. If a high order volume has occurred, orders will continued to be shipped in the order they were received.

• Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if item has not been washed or worn and is free of odor and pet hair.

  We are not able to process REFUNDS

  Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size if in stock. If the size needed is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the returned item.

  If the item you are exchanging for is valued highER than the item you are returning, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file for the difference

  Making a return:

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, It will be processed within 7 days and shipped back to you at no additional cost.

  The customer is responsible for shipping of all returns and exchanges and original shipping is non-refundable.

   

  If a return is received that does not meet the above criteria, it will subsequently be rejected and a shipping invoice will be issued to ship back to the customer.
